The bioclimatic house

The stakes are high

The choice of materials is crucial.

I maximize the use of natural materials (lime, hemp, clay, wood, minerals, etc.).

Avoid allergens for a healthy environment in which to live, grow and age. With respiratory and dermatological ailments becoming increasingly common, it’s time to ask the right questions and take action.

Our ancestors used much more natural products than we have over the last 40 years. The proliferation of health problems linked to our environment and home pollution is significant.

Today, we have the means to use modern materials that combine technology with basic, and therefore healthy, natural products.

Towards an autonomous home

Whether autarkic, semi-autonomous or even just sober (what we used to call minergie, positive energy…), it’s essential to look to the future.

Energy is becoming increasingly scarce and expensive. The authorities are starting to take action, and we thank them for that, but let’s not wait until the last moment.

We have the technology to make our homes self-sufficient.

What was once marginal and insane is now possible and responsible.

The production and recovery of natural energies, combined with home automation, means that we can produce and use them easily for self-sufficiency, without depriving ourselves of our daily needs.

The future is no longer about feeding back into the grid what our home produces, but about using it for our family.

False ideas about expensive and unprofitable systems should be banished.

Appropriate solutions exist for both new-build and renovation projects.
